His absence was not felt, though, as the Bundesliga club won 2-1 to maintain their push for a Europa League spot.German publication Sport1 claim there were obviously disciplinary reasons behind axing Nelson.The England Under-21 international scored six league goals in his first seven appearances for Hoffenheim, but has not started a game since December 15.His early season form impressed Gunners boss Unai Emery.
