Manchester transport chiefs have trolled City with their latest football-themed road sign.After telling Manchester United fans that ‘Pique’ traffic could get ‘Messi’ before their clash with Barcelona, their latest message pokes fun at City’s devastating Champions League defeat to Tottenham.3
